Used-device condition
Walker Wireless sells pre-owned phones. Cosmetic condition, battery health, storage, carrier status, and any known material issues are described in the individual product listing whenever known.
If something is not as described
If a phone arrives materially different from its listing, contact Walker Wireless promptly with photos or video showing the issue. Each case will be reviewed based on the product description and the condition in which the device was received.
Change-of-mind returns
Because each phone is a unique pre-owned device, change-of-mind returns are not automatically guaranteed. Any return that is accepted must be authorized before it is sent back and the device must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Before returning an accepted device
Any accepted return must have Find My iPhone disabled, the buyer's Apple ID removed, and any personal passcode removed before the device is sent or handed back. Please do not return a device until Walker Wireless has confirmed the return instructions.
This policy does not limit any rights that apply under Canadian consumer protection law.
