Our inspection checklist
- Battery health verified in Settings and listed in every product title
- IMEI and blacklist check: every phone is clean, not reported lost or stolen, and not financed
- Unlocked and iCloud-free: ready to use with any Canadian carrier
- Full function test: screen, touch, Face ID, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular
- Data wiped and reset to factory settings
Condition grades
- Like New: no visible wear
- Excellent: light signs of use, invisible when the screen is on
- Good: visible cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance
Every listing shows real photos of the actual phone you'll receive.
Warranty
Some phones come with a warranty. When one is included, the length and coverage are listed right on that phone's product page. If a phone doesn't mention a warranty, it's sold as described and covered by our return policy below.
Returns
